Our Feng Shui products undergo a rigorous consecration process by the Lama Temple's masters, ensuring they carry divine blessings. We collect customers' personal information to personalize the blessings, aligning the products with their needs. This process takes about 7 days, We need to reserve 7 days for consecration from placing an order to shipment.

After you successfully place an order on the website, our staff will contact you by email within 24 hours. After collecting the information you need to provide, we will arrange a reading or online video conference according to Master Hong's schedule. According to the master's schedule, it usually takes one week to give a Feng Shui reading report.

We provide one-year warranty for all our products. The warranty does not cover normal signs of usage. The warranty is valid for one product.

You won’t be able to. The chart is solely for our records, so leave the readings to us, but feel free to ask us anything you have in mind. As long as it is under the scope of a basic reading, we will do it for you for free. But for anything that requires intensive analysis, we will require you to top up additionally for a comprehensive reading.

Since our products are custom-made and specially consecrated for you, please understand that during the blessing process, your energy has been injected into the product. If you don’t want it, it will cause unnecessary harm to you. Unfortunately, returns will not be accepted if there is no quality problem.
